Is There Anything I Can Do At A Young Age To Fight Wrinkles?

by Alexis
(Winston, OR)

I was wondering if there was anything I could do to help prolong wrinkles.

I am really worried that I’ll end up looking old at a young age because of stress. I want to start fighting wrinkles now, while I’m still young so I can hit them head on.

Are there any special recipes or foods that help with anti-aging that actually taste decent? Perhaps any vitamins or minerals that I could take?

Are there specific workout routines that can help? I don’t spend much time in the sun; will this work to my advantage in the long run?

What are some anti-aging creams that actually work and don’t cost a fortune? I’m not interested in Botox or face lifts.

I want anti-aging advice that is natural for my body.

Best Ways to Avoid Crow's Feet

by Shelley
(NY)

I have heard a lot of information about avoiding wrinkles, but I am specifically concerned about crow's feet, those wrinkles in the corners of your eyes.

Do you know of anything that women can do to avoid those wrinkles showing up? I know people who have had plastic surgery and I also know people who buy expensive creams. But aren't there any natural remedies available?

What did people do a hundred years ago to avoid these wrinkles? Or did wrinkles not matter then? I currently use an anti-aging cream from Avon-- I love Avon's products-- but am looking into organic and natural cremes like the Burt's Bees line of products.

However, I was thinking that just like people exercise their jaws to prevent things like tmj or double chins, there might be a way one can exercise one's face to avoid crow's feet, right?

I'm open to any suggestions!

Can Wrinkled Skin be Restored Through Plastic Surgery or even Home Remedies?

by Lee
(Chennai, India)

If a person has wrinkled skin even after the age of 45, then is it possible for her to reshape her facial skin with the help of the plastic surgery?

First of all the downsides of plastic surgery have to be identified and so the side effects are first studied or analyzed, that too on face.

Can a plastic surgeon restore the glowing effect on the face again and if at all done then the cost involved is discussed.

Apart from this are there any other methods wherein which the surgery is done with all fine manners without disturbing the face as whole.

Is plastic surgery the only solution of correcting the wrinkles and if not what is the other possible easy home remedies that are available?

Wrinkles Around the Eyes

by Josh Waters
(Los Angeles, CA)

Hello. I am a 39-year-old husband and father of two living in Southern California.

I have wrinkles forming around and below my eyes. They have increased in depth and length over the past 2 to 3 years. I have a brother who is 3 years older yet he has far fewer wrinkles than I have.

He and I have very similar work schedules. We both have two children and our home lives are similar in general. We both live in the Southern California area. He and I are both non-smokers and moderate drinkers (one to three per week).

What would cause me to have more wrinkles despite being 3 years his junior? What are the best remedies for wrinkle reduction?

What foods are best for helping prevent or reduce facial wrinkles?
