Things to do and not do

Hi Josh,

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Make your dinner with fruits and vegetable only. Do not take cooked or processed food at night.

By not having enough sleep in night wrinkles will form to make your eyes to rest. Sleep well in night.


How to wash your eyes :

Take a bowl. Fill it with water. Fill the bowl with pure water-well water-without chlorination. Dip your face in that bowl so that your ears not to be wet. All part of your face to be washed from fore head to chins. This process cools your entire body as all the main nerves either start or end from your face. This will slowly eradicate the wrinkles around your eyes in a week or month.

Wrinkles Around the Eyes - What To Do

Thanks for the question!

What I tell people is that a diet of unprocessed foods is best for all aspects of health, including the appearance of your skin.

I would suggest juicing as a good start, because fresh fruit and vegetable juices have what are called phytonutrients that are very beneficial for skin health and appearance.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of clean pure water each day, because dehydration will tend to make your skin older.

Wrinkles are a sign of cross-linking of your tissues and antioxidants and enzymes such as in the fresh juices I mentioned can combat this.
