Is the hormonal balance different in men and women? As an aging man I see wrinkles in my skin and gray hairs appearing. However my wife who is younger than me has started to age more rapidly mainly in the face area. So is the hormonal balance effected here?

I am 34 and have been diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease.
Tests have shown that I have had it for over five years and I can date symptoms back to 7 years ago.
My skin has lost the elasticity it once had, and of course, I am tired most of the time, and I experience strange aches and pains.
My hair has become thin and I am losing strength. I am an active person, but I find myself fighting to find the stamina to get throughout the day.
I have lost my sex drive and no matter how much I exercise and diet I am not losing weight, which is not normal for me.
My question is can hormonal balancing help fight the symptoms that are associated with Chronic Lyme Disease?

I know that almost everyone wants a longer life and a healthy one at that. All of the medical advancement helps any individual to fulfill that desire.
In hormonal balance for antiaging or the optimization for such, where is the ultimate resource for such endeavor?
Can one be satisfied in getting a consultancy from his/her personal health therapist or how does one go about it? I know there are plenty of resources on the Internet but which one to choose?
It is very confusing because even just typing a few keywords about antiaging hormones, yields thousands of results. Each writer claims that they are the authority in this field and that field, but which one is best for any individual?
Is it best to consult your personal doctor? But then what do you do when your doctor does not have a good knowledge of antiaging?
