Anti-Aging Lotions and Creams - Do They Work?

Hi Mercy,

Thank you for this question.

The answer is YES! However there are ineffective products on the market, and so you must choose wisely.

These things will only work if you have a healthy lifestyle, and do not smoke or drink excessively. They cannot substitute for healthy living.

These lotions or creams mainly do one or a number of these 4 things:

Protect the skin from overexposure to the sun
Maintain moisture
Provide antioxidant protection
Stimulate regeneration at the cellular level
