Antioxidants DO Really Work!
by: George Parigian Jr.

Hi Keri,

Thank you for this information! Antioxidants do work, and can protect your body from the ravages of oxidative stress, which can damage vital body systems and threaten your health.

Recently I have learned that the practice of "grounding" can have an "antioxidant" effect on your body, and neutralize free radicals.

Given what we know about molecular biology, it's clear that antioxidants hold great benefit for the body, and consuming them in both your food and supplement form will help keep us healthy!

Regards,

George
