Cayenne cured my gastric issues, such as loud burping and pain in abdomen area.
I am now pain free as I believe my ulcers were healed by the cayenne. Also got rid of cold hands and feet and tummy issues such as bloating and indigestion.
I got a recipe for any excellent drink which is not only delicious, but very healthy and it is also known as the fountain of youth.
A cup of hot water (mug size)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 lemon (juice)
1/4 - 1/2 tspn cayenne powder (depending on your hot taste)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
i tablespoon blackstrap molasses
Stir thoroughly, and enjoy sipping as tea....yummm
Just a warning that if you have severe gastric issues, you should see a doctor, because it could be something really dangerous. I am just relating how cayenne helped me, but still suggest that it is always best to seek expert medical health for serious digestive problems.

I had heard about cayenne curing ulcers and a friend of mine had bleeding ulcers and so I told her about cayenne.
She started taking it in capsule form and 3 weeks later, her ulcers were completely healed up. All that was left was scar tissue.
She said it was hard to take because it was hot in the stomach but she kept taking it.

I first discovered the benefits of using cayenne pepper from my grandmother. She always had cold hands and feet, so she took cayenne pepper in capsule form to help with her circulation.
She said she noticed that her varicose veins were not hurting her as much and there were less visible. I also had really cold hands in the summertime so I decided to take two capsules that contained 40,000 heat units per capsule twice a day.
I took one capsule before breakfast and one before dinner. I started to feel a difference after one week.
I also noticed that my asthma symptoms were starting to diminish as well. I was always taking pills like Sudafed or Claritin to help my sinusitis, but they would give me nosebleeds at least once a month and I just felt like I was suppressing my symptoms instead of curing them.
After taking cayenne pepper for a month I didn't need to buy anymore allergy medicine at all.
