When To Use Antiaging Products?

by Vijay
(Chennai, Tamilnadu, India)

I have a doubt since at the age of 16 that what is the age limit above, which the anti-aging products are to be used?

I have this doubt because my aunt got wrinkles on her face just at the age of 45. She began to look like as if she had more than 55 years.

She began to use the anti-aging products then. After using the products, she was somewhat satisfied but her wrinkles had not gone.

So I am scared of having wrinkles on my face at early stage. Would it happen to me too? If so, at what age should I want to use the anti-aging products?

Right now I’m 21 years old. I would be grateful if anyone can provide me answer to my doubts.

Thank You.

Use of Anti-Aging Products? Use the Natural OLD way!!
by: Bharat

Hello Vijay,

Thanks for such a normal question from India?

Forget all those wrinkle in your aunt's face.

Do not worry for your skin till you use natural fresh juices.

In Chennai, India there are many fruits available to choose for every season. Eat as much as fresh fruits and vegetables and unprocessed food. Use natural grass juice to avoid toxins. Read my story here in this site : natural juices.
Fresh fruits and vegetable will be acting as antioxidants to avoid wrinkles in your body.

Adopt a very old practice that your grand ma might have told you, which you might have forgotten. Our fore-fathers have designed the way of living which we lost and remembering and following from others.
Take oil-bath (use only sesame oil) every week-males on Saturdays and Wednesdays, females on Tuesdays and Fridays, a natural body cooling way to avoid anti-aging.

Bye. Be healthy always!

When To Use Antiaging Products
by: George Parigian Jr.

Hello, and thank you for your excellent question.

I don't know what specific type of antiaging products your Aunt was using, but I think you have some years to go before you would need to use them. The best strategy is to prevent skin damage starting at a young age.

First let me say that genes (heredity) does affect the rate at which you age, including your skin. Excess sun exposure, smoking, and excess alcohol consumption can also cause wrinkles at an early age, so avoiding those things should help keep your skin young looking.

Fresh fruits and vegetables and their juices can also help the appearance of your skin, because of the phytonutrients and antioxidants in them.

Be sure always to drink plenty of pure water to keep your body (and skin) hydrate properly. Water kind of ?plumps up the skin,? because dry skin tends to look older and wrinkle more

Since you are from India, I suggest that the principles of Ayerveda can be very helpful in keeping your skin young looking, and I think that at your aunt?s age, your skin will be looking much better than hers if you do the things I have suggested.

Hope this information helps you.

Best Regards,

George
