by scareface001
(Canton, Ga USA)

I love vegetable juicing and creating my own juices every time it’s a new flavor and experience.

I know that when I am creating the juices from the various combinations of vegetables and fruit I know that I am taking in essential vitamins minerals and nutrients and it is also enjoyable.

I work out a lot and it is crucial that I get the proper nutrition required to support my growth and gains that I strive to achieve in the gym. Juicing makes it easy and affordable to do these things.

Now that I have experienced juicing I will never be able to go back to buying my juices I save way too much money by making my own juices.

I don’t think I could ever find the flavors and combinations that I have created. Juicing is awesome and I recommend it to all of my friends and families.

Mixed Spinach-Soursop Shaked Juice

by Novel
(Yogyakarta - Indonesia)

The Soursop Fruit

The Soursop Fruit

Have you ever make mixed soursop-spinach shake juice?

I'll give you the following tips on how to make it:

Materials:
soursop, vegetables-spinach, sugar as melted liquid, condensed milk and water.

Equipment:
blender, water filters, glass and shaker

Make it in this way:

Wash the spinach and peel the soursop. Blend with enough water mixed into the two ingredients separately (on its own), and then filter the result until you get the consistency of juice.

Next, mix the juice into the shaker with sugar to the sweetness you want, and then shake until you get a well-blended solution and then remove the excess material on the top.

The last step is to pour the juice into a drinking glass and use sweetened condensed milk on it as a topping.

This is soursop juice mixed with spinach shake, ready in a flash, safe and pleasant to drink!

Lake Calima, Colombia

Lake Calima, Colombia

In a blender, put

1.) Sliced papaya for vitamins and assistance with digestion.
2.) A bit of peeled and sliced raw beet to help lower blood pressure.
3.) Flax seed for numerous benefits.
4.) A tablespoon of lecithin, which contains inositol and choline and is related to the B-complex. Lecithin also helps mobilize fats out of the liver.
6.) Add enough cold stevia tea to sweeten the drink without sugar, and allow the blender to work.
7.) An optional scoop of protein powder, or 2-3 raw eggs.

Drink up a delicious and good for you juice breakfast.

My Favourite Vegetable Juice Combination

by Dorota
(Perth, WA, Australia)

My favorite vegetable juice combination for the health benefits of juicing.

I’ve been juicing for many years as part of a weight loss diet, health improvement diet and staying young diet.

Over time I vary the juices I have, simply to add variety and ensure that I get benefit of every type of different mineral, vitamin and nutrient from different types of vegetables.

My basic juice (have nearly a liter every day) is made of beetroots (50%), carrots (35%), celery(15%) and raw potato (one small potato per liter of juice). When I first heard about using a raw potato I thought it would taste awful, but it does not.

In fact it does not have much taste at all; if you leave it standing for a while, there will be some sediment at the bottom of your glass (which I leave and don’t eat).

If you live a rushed life, and maybe are worried about the quality of your diet, adding a daily vegetable juice can overcome a lot of shortcomings of the diet. Since I’ve been juicing, most people around me have commented on how my complexion has improved, my eyes look brighter and I’m glowing with health.

My digestive problems have gone away too (I used to get constipated quite often). I would recommend this simple vegetable combination to anyone.

Vegetable Juicing and the Juice of Youth!

by Annie
(Sacremento, California)

Beauty comes from within and there is nothing better to make you look and feel younger than a green juice.

Drinking green juices furnishes the body with everything it needs: bioactive enzymes, which are really important for breaking down foods and mineral and vitamins, which help restore vitality.

The chlorophyll molecule in these green vegetables is almost identical to the protein found in hemoglobin, which carries oxygen around our body; so dark green leafy vegetables mean instant oxygen and energy for our bodies.

Ingredients:

4 sticks celery
1 quarter of a cucumber
1 handful curly kale
2 or 3 handfuls of spinach
1 carrot
1 handful of parsley

Preparation:

Place the vegetables in the juicer one at the time. Make sure they are washed properly, if you are juicing non-organic vegetables.

You can also add half an apple to make it sweeter.

Once juiced, drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
