Hi, I had my baby on December 12th 2008 and need strength training advice! My baby was delivered through a Caesarian section. I spent about 10 days in the hospital because my wound took long to heal. It is now about two months since the operation. I feel healed although the wound still pains but from the inside. I do not know if this is normal. I was wondering when I should resume my workouts and what routine should I start with? Please advise accordingly. Thank you very much.
