I once heard that carrot juice was among the most popular juices on the anti aging list. I decided to give it a try.
The best way to do it is buy several pounds of fresh carrots. Best to buy organic as these provide the best and most natural results. Wash the carrots thoroughly under clean running water to eliminate any germs or unwanted organisms.
Peel the carrots using a suitable grater. You may chop the carrots if you wish but this is not necessary. Once ready insert the carrots into the juicer. It’s always advisable to add a touch of ginger and garlic.
Just tiny portions of these two ingredients will make the juice a lot stronger. Carrot juice has a lot of anti aging benefits. It is a powerful anti oxidant. It also contains a lot of beta-carotene, which converts to vitamin-A in the body and is very good for the eyes and skin.
Ginger and garlic also have powerful antioxidant properties. Garlic is good for the heart too. Taking this juice on a regular basis has made me a lot more vibrant. I feel younger and my skin looks amazingly good and healthy. My heart, which used to pound at the slightest excitement, is now calm and I hardly catch he flu or any colds.
Try and add carrot juice to your daily health regimen and see the benefits unfold!

Every day I like to start out my morning with a carrot juice- apple juice combination. It is a wonderful mix!
The sweetness of the apple really balances out the earthiness of the carrot wonderfully. I usually juice 3 carrots to every 1 apple, since each carrot does not contain very much juice.
The carrot and apple pulp can then be used for compost, or to make breads and muffins.
I feel invigorated instantly after drinking my juice, and the benefits of carrot juice have been show to aid in eye health and can help to prevent cancer.
Apples aid in bone health and can lower cholesterol. Because of the heartiness of this juice blend I generally drink it as a breakfast substitute, and thus far I have lost 5 pounds since I began making the juice each morning.

Today I am going to share my experience of preparing juice-using carrots, which is useful for both health and beauty.
The ingredients required for making carrot juice are:
1. Grated Carrot - 4 cups
2. Milk - 2 cups
3. Cardamom - 3 nos.
4. Water - 1 cup
5. Sugar - 1 cup.
6. Papaya - 1/2 cup
Put the grated carrot and cardamom in the mixer till it becomes a fine paste. Filter the fine paste of carrots into small bowl. Put sugar in the milk and dissolve it. Now add the milk with the carrot paste and stir it well.
Cut the papaya into very small pieces and add it to the milk and carrot liquid. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for an hour or so. You can take this carrot juice in the morning breakfast.
It’s a very healthy juice, which is easy to prepare.

It seems very simple when someone says “carrot juice” but it is not so. I have a nice experience with this particular recipe of carrot juice.
Ingredients are:
5 cups chopped carrot
4 cups water
1 spoon of sliced ginger
2 cups of chopped beetroot
1 piece of ginger
Process is to blend all the ingredients using blender or grind it in mixer juicer for about
4 to 5 minutes add sugar & salt as per taste and serve chilled.
The ingredients specified shall be enough to make 5 to 6 glasses of juice. Mixture can be strained as well after blending or grinding but it is good to avoid it to retain the fiber content.
