Honey -Use as Medicine.

I have been using honey for its unique medicinal benefits.I am using honey for sore throat because Honey has powerful antimicrobial properties, which can soothe raw tissues.

I use to pour a teaspoon of honey into a large serving spoon and then top off the spoon with lemon juice. Swallow the concoction (without water) every few hours until symptoms clear up.

Some of my friends add a pinch of black or red pepper to increase blood circulation to the throat.Due to its natural anti-inflammatory effect, it will help to heal the wounds more quickly.

Honey is also very useful in cuts because honey is a natural antiseptic. Honey contains antimicrobial agents, which prevents infections by killing the bacteria in and around the wounds.

When using honey it may help to heat it up before putting it on the wounds. Many types of bacteria can’t survive in honey, so wounds heal, swelling eases, and tissue can grow back.

Essential Combo

Well I have only been taking real honey raw organic honey or bee glue with organic cinnamon for about 2 weeks now.

It makes u feel better inside and out when I just have a spoon or 2 and a generous amount of cinnamon with my wholewheat English muffin,an egg white, cheese, turkey breast 5 thin slices and maybe even a turkey bacon with it.

Gave me more energy walking my dogs and feel better about ones overall health, now with juicing and the killer combo I feel a lot better and don't feel my immune system is as weak as it was before.

I strongly recommend raw organic honey. GOD BLESS and keep in good health to all. From Los Angeles California.
