I have been taking a 40,000 unit capsule of cayenne daily for 2 yrs and have eliminated sinus and colds.

I have had major allergies for 60 yrs mainly spring and some fall. I only sneezed 3 times last year!

No sinus sneezing or itchy eyes. Cayenne works!
