Alternative Healthcare

by Sylvia
(Brampton, ON, Canada)

Arthritis can be one of the most painful diseases out there. The limitations on mobility affect the quality of life. It is very important we find products and treatments that ease the pain and improve the quality of life.

I found success in chiropractic care and naturopathy. The home remedies she prepared for me eased my pain almost immediately. The treatment plan I received from my chiropractor guided me in living my life to the fullest, despite this painful disease.

I strongly recommend you seek alternative healthcare. Naturopaths and chiropractors can help you work with your primary physician to control arthritis in your life. They helped me control it in mine.

Use Glucosamine and MSM

by Diane
(Valley Springs, CA)

I couldn't walk if I didn't take my Glucosamine and MSM on a daily basis. I've already had my big toe joints replaced - that was NOT fun!

However I am gently exercising and also using ginger and curcumin (tumeric) to reduce inflammation.

These supplements are a miracle for me. I just wish I had started them years ago before the arthritis took out my toes!
