Every one in a while a book comes out that I feel is an instant classic. This book that is a steal for 14 dollars on Amazon!

The book is 550 pages packed with information based on the 10 year odyssey in physical and mental optimization of author Tim Ferris.

This is not a book that you will sit down and read through, Rather it has chapters of interest for everyone out there who want to improve some aspect of their body or mind. You will likely only read a fraction of what is there, but it will be what is important and specific to you!

Most of you will be drawn to the information on fat loss, and Tim Ferris shows you how to lose fat fast. Some will be intrigued by the chapter on incredible sex, while fewer people will really want to “become a superman.”
