Use Glucosamine/MSM

I couldn't walk if I didn't take my MSM/Glucosamine on a daily basis. I've already had my big toe joints replaced - that was NOT fun!
However I am gently exercising and also using ginger and curcumin (tumeric) to reduce inflammation.
These supplements are a miracle for me. I just wish I had started them years ago before the arthritis took out my toes!
