The Blood Type Diet Works Great!

I have tried many different types of diets and have never found much success.
I usually would lose my motivation within a couple of weeks. I have been on the blood type diet for four months and have lost 25 pounds.
I feel great and do not feel like I am on a diet just more like eating right and staying healthy.
I would recommend the blood type diet to anyone trying to lose weight and be healthy.
