The Blood Type Diet Worked For Me.

I was originally skeptical about the Blood Type Diet.

I majored in Biology & tend to question everything. But after reading the book and following the diet for my blood type I saw the results.

I had my first child and could not lose the extra pounds. I tried everything that worked in the past without success. I was going to the gym three times a week, watching what I ate with calorie restriction & eating several small meals a day.

Nothing was working and I was getting very discouraged. Sure enough I tried the Blood Type diet and I dropped the extra pounds. Not only did I drop the weight but I also had more energy.

I was able to keep the weight off and my insomnia disappeared. This diet is amazing. I now have three of my friends also giving this diet a try.
