Low Cortisol Caused Weight Gain and Low Energy

I just had a comprehensive panel done of all my hormones and thyroid and discovered that my cortisol in the morning is low.

This is why I always feel tired in the morning and this seems to dictate how my entire day will be. Also I have increased weight gain.

Progesterone is a little low as well. Everything else is fine. Problem with me is I am tired and I am gaining weight. I need to fix the low cortisol.

What is the best or healthiest supplement for this?
