One aspect of antiaging is also hormone replacement therapy. But my question whether it really helps in antiaging after menopause?
At the onset of menopause many elderly women have problems of osteoporosis. Can hormone replacement therapy reduce the onset of osteoporosis?
Another concern at this age is cardiovascular diseases. Can hormone replacement therapy reduce the risk of heart diseases?
Is there any natural remedy to deal with the symptoms of antiaging? Or only intake of artificial hormones to accomplish this?
