I Will Always Stick To The Blood Type Diet!

I came upon the Blood Type Diet a while back when i was searching for different types of diets.
I made sure I did my research on it before going with it. I have an O blood type, and so I would need a higher amount of protein. Dr. Peter D’Adamo was right. I got a full check- up not too long before the diet, and found out I was anemic.
What better way to incorporate protein as well as keeping myself healthy? After finding out what I needed, I began the diet, and began loving it. After a few weeks of dieting, I felt so much better.
A lot of the foods were ones that I had enjoyed before, so it was not hard for me not like the diet. I focused on getting my protein up as well as the dark leafy greens. I absolutely love spinach and when I saw that on the list of allowed foods, I was ecstatic.
I would recommend the blood type diet to anyone. It will most likely work for you and it is not hard to stick to because the foods that are beneficial to your blood type are the foods you will find that you like.
