Getting Healthy With The Blood Type Diet

About eight months ago I came across the blood type diet promoted by Peter D'Adamo. It showed me to eat right for my blood type and to avoid certain foods that were supposed to affect the way my body absorbs certain nutrients.
I did not think that the blood type diet would really work for me. I had already tried a few other so-called healthier lifestyles without any success. But this turned out to be very different.
It works for me. I feel a lot better. My metabolism has gotten back to normal again which helped me loose about fifteen pounds. My immune system has gotten stronger too. I haven't had a cold or the flu since following the blood type diet.
I even sleep better now. Before I was never able to get a good nights rest. Now I wake up in the morning full of energy.
I have suffered from allergies all of my life and now for the first time I see relief. I would really recommend the blood type diet not just for simply loosing weight but also for your overall health.
