Aging and diseases are related to each other and are just two sides of the same coin.

An old tire gives low mileage and also reduces the efficiency of the vehicle and it is the case with the body. Usually after crossing 50-55, people tend to loose the immune power and they become prone to the diseases.

My friend’s grandfather was an active person; he would exercise without failing, take bath from cold water throughout the year. But even he could not avoid falling prey to the disadvantages caused by the aging effects.

He lost his memory when he was 58 years old and afterwards he lost his vision also. Memory loss, appetite loss, vision loss, weakness in bones, joint pains are the most common diseases affecting the aged people.

These situations should be taken as normal and the aged person should be treated with care and love. Aging is a natural phenomenon and one should always remember that everyone will become old one day.

Love and Respect is the best way to deal with the aged people.
